A Publication About My Publication
Good news, I got published in the Cornell Lab of Ornithology’s magazine! I got published with a picture of a red-winged blackbird and a poem (I created them last school year). To see my poem and picture click here: BirdSleuth 2017 and then click on the green “Click for Access” button to download a copy of this year’s amazing BirdSleuth Investigator magazine. In the “educator” box, click “other” unless you are an educator. You can find my work on page 10. I used acrylic to paint on a canvas. I made the texture of the lake using two blues, one white, one silver, and a little bit of dark brown. When my mom got the email that the magazine was published, we raced to the computer and found out that I was published. It felt amazing to be published, and all my hard work paid off.
